Job Title: Casualty Construction Claims - Relationship Manager
Location: National - Can be located anywhere in the US - Hybrid or Remote
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casualty Claims Relationship Manager to manage construction claims services. This individual will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, brokers, and third-party administrators (TPAs), while ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of construction claims services. The role requires a strong understanding of construction claims, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, and TPAs regarding construction claims, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Oversee the management of construction-related claims, including General Liability (GL), Auto Liability (AL), and Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring efficient claims resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to support the onboarding and implementation of new accounts, including conducting account strategy discussions and issue resolution.
- Monitor and manage claim inventories, track claims through to resolution, and ensure compliance with client-specific instructions.
- Engage in industry conferences and events to promote company profile, demonstrate thought leadership, and contribute to webinars and other company events.
- Coordinate with TPAs to ensure claims are being handled appropriately and proactively, and communicate regularly with stakeholders to resolve any emerging issues.
- Facilitate client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to review claims and provide updates.
- Ensure seamless service delivery, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to meet client needs and expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing Construction, Auto Liability, General Liability, or Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities and a team-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of client advocacy and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in data analysis and presentation creation.
- Experience in managing claims across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with TPAs in the construction claims space.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices related to claims management.
