Technical Sales Representative

Holidays.4 weeks of paid time off.Use of our company beach. Mooring in Mallets Bay at a discounted price.**Key Responsibilities**Analyze the global aluminum, copper, and lead metals markets andidentify potential market segments/customers.Coordinate sales efforts/activities in conjunction with others withinthe organization and consortium partners.Identify and facilitate product innovation and improvement projects thataim to meet the markets needs.Serve as the primary interface between Hazelett and potential customersfrom introduction through project realization.Interface with existing customers to introduce new products, identifyopportunities for R&D, and promote the use of OEM parts.Attend industry events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, associationmeetings, etc.) to promote the Hazelett process and to stay abreast ofindustry trends.Provide feedback and suggestions to Hazeletts R&D department regardingpotential improvements to the Hazelett casting process.Fulfill the organizations vision of its products and effectivelycommunicate their status and path forward to relevant/affected partieswithin the organization.Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to identify opportunitiesfor cost reductions.Effectively write reports/emails to potential customers and existingcustomers related to technical products.Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.**Preferred Qualifications**Bachelors Degree in Engineering and relevant work experience.Ability and desire to travel both domestically and internationally.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work towardresolution/agreement.Demonstrates excellent follow-through on projects.Ability to work independently with little supervision.Knowledge and use of integrated business systems.*Hazelett
