Client Overview:
Our client is a competitive off-price retailer seeking an organized, detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr - $22/hr

Position Overview:
This Merchandise Coordinator role is critical in supporting the seamless execution of merchandise planning, inventory management, and visual presentation to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate for the Merchandise Coordinator role will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for retail and fashion.

Responsibilities of the Merchandise Coordinator:
  • Collaborate with the Buying and Planning teams to manage product assortments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in creating visual merchandising plans that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and resolve shipping discrepancies with warehouse teams.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications for the Merchandise Coordinator:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with retail management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • A passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
