Job Description:

This position requires identifying and addressing the needs of the Sales team as well as performing administrative tasks to ensure the company's
workflow runs smoothly. The main goal of a Sales Coordinator for Sales is to coordinate and oversee the flow of the company's service and products
to consumers. To reach this goal they must be able to handle the following day to day duties:
Essential Job Functions
Vendor Management
CRM Management
Coordination of vendor trade shows
Coordinate training and scheduling for sales team
Communicating with other departments such as Marketing to optimize sales
Coordination and scheduling of appointments, travel, and events
Act as a point of contact between executives and clients
Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)
Assist in projects for senior management
Study management methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductions
Perform various administrative duties as requested. These duties require considerable trust and accuracy, including, but not limited to, drafting
correspondence and memorandums, compiling data, preparing reports and forms, and editing and proofreading materials.

Requirements
Minimum of three to five years of experience in a professional office environment, with some administrative assistant experience preferred
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Minimum of intermediate, but preferably advanced, skills in Microsoft Office programs
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work well under pressure and function in a fast-paced environment
