As a Phlebotomist II, your responsibilities:
- The site sees about 30 to 45 patients a day and will working with one other phlebotomist
- This site sees mostly geriatric patients so geriatric experience needed.
- On feet during draws, fast paced environment.
- (Patient service center, doctor’s office-Hospital
- Will be on feet most of the time, requires walking as they will be going to patients rooms to draw blood.
- (Pediatric, geriatric) Don’t see pedi patients but will need experience in geri as they see a large population of geri patients.
- Team setting, early in the morning can work with team of 13 and as the shift winds down, can work with 6 to 8 other phlebs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of experience.
