WHAT DO WE DO? 

2 out of our 5 services are legally mandated

The first is Engineering reports for structural safety. 

The second is Reserve studies for condos’ 30-year budgets. 

Structural and fiscal health for aging buildings. That’s it. 

This urgent, massive wave of compliance is our entrance into Construction & Government by 2027. 

Our other 3 sectors integrate our decades of Insurance Recovery: Damage Claims, Appraisals, FEMA


WHAT DO WE NEED? 

We need a PE who knows old buildings, condominiums & commercial. And how to fix them.

At a minimum, we'll consider an EIT scheduled for their PE by this June, 2025.

There are 2 kinds of engineers. Engineers who work hard and engineers who kind of work. 

If you’re still reading, you know which one is our kind. 

You’re the one completing 4 accounts (inspections + reports) weekly.

You're also working on longer Construction Monitoring projects in-between. 

No pro is here just to collect their salary — this is a career play in Engineering. 

The only thing that makes this ultra-exciting is having a world-class team around you. 

Our Chief Engineer (for example) is one of 2 USA reps on the ISO committee. He has 35 years of field experience.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Structural Engineering;
  • Architectural Permit-Drawings;
  • Sealed Bid Packaging;
  • Envelope Investigations & Assessments;
  • Construction Monitoring;
  • Milestone Reports - Phase I & II;
  • 30, 40, 50-year Building Recertifications;
  • Forensic Investigations;
  • Expert Testimony;
  • Appraisals - Alternative Dispute Insurance Claims;
  • Building Consulting - Estimate Preparation - Property Damage Claims;
  • Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS);
  • FEMA Recovery & Grants;
  • 3D-Droning & EMS Product Lines.


HOW?

  • Surveying properties; conducting structural assessments.
  • Writing detailed building reports and scope outlines.
  • Managing diaries & tasks to expedite cases and maximize resolution.
  • Writing detailed and precise estimates.
  • Traveling statewide.
  • Using every technology available to be effective and efficient.
  • Collaborating with other Stone squads.


HOW MUCH?

  • $130,000 - $160,000 salary;
  • Quarterly performance bonuses;
  • Annual bonuses;

TO BE CONSIDERED?

●  4-year Bachelor’s.

●  PE License, 2+industry designations, 3+ years inspecting buildings, estimating property renovations over $150k.

●  Relentless work ethic, self-motivation and student mentality.

●  Superb (adapt)ability to thrive under pressure, with clients and management.

●  Outstanding communication, empathy and relationship-building mastery.

●  Outside-the-box analytics; creative problem-solving for best case resolutions.

●  CRM work; Google Docs, Sheets & platform fluency.

●  A valid driver's license.

●  Territory travel (15% - 25%); quarterly travel to Orlando HQ.
